Our comprehensive returns policy is detailed within our official Terms and Conditions. To summarise, our policy for goods is underpinned by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. Should any goods be identified as defective within this warranty period and following receipt of a written notification from the customer, Rototek reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or issue a full refund for the defective items. Customers may be required to return the goods to Rototek's business location at their own expense for a thorough examination.
