For significant orders exceeding 50 units, please allow for 6+ weeks for delivery, reflecting the complexities of larger-scale production and logistics.

To summarise, our policy for goods is underpinned by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. Should any goods be identified as defective within this warranty period and following receipt of a written notification from the customer, Rototek reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or issue a full refund for the defective items. Customers may be required to return the goods to Rototek's business location at their own expense for a thorough examination.
